This project consists of a tower that has a metallic structure as a base, made of pipes bolted to each other, and a central area made of panels created from cut and bent sheets with widths between 4 mm and 8 mm, in CORTEN steel. Inside, there is a latching structure in standardised profiles.
The work of O FELIZ Metalomecânica consisted in provided precision metallic structures to support a glass furnace, namely the structures Gas Flues, Support Structure, Melter-Refiner, Ports, Regenerators, Waist-Working End, Canal and Tin Bath Steelwork.
The project had three different manufacturing stages: the CM CORE (inner section, where the transformer is), the VAT and the outer equipment accessories.
Built at the Spa & Nature Park of Pedras Salgadas, in northern Portugal, the eco-resort Tree Snake Houses is a project composed of small houses, perfectly integrated in the surrounding nature and created using pre-fabricated modular systems.
In order to mark the 40 years anniversary of the April revolution, sculptor Alberto Vieira has imagined a commemorative monument, including a tribute to Braga-born Salgado Zenha.
A project from Portuguese architect Álvaro Fernandes Andrade, the High Performance Centre of Remo do Pocinho is a white and winding, multi linearity building that meanders through the valley of the Douro. Its location is considered a World Heritage by UNESCO.
On the Eastern side we find the Divinity School building, the Episcopal residence is located on the Western side, and, on the Northern side, the future building.
This distillery is located in a UNESCO World Heritage Site, in the south bank of the Douro River. The building dates from mid-XIX century and was originally built as a distillery. However it has been now reinvented and will be used as housing.
This work was conducted as part of the Schools’ modernisation programme, aimed at Public Secondary Schools, and is defined by the assemblage of several steel structures and cladding, showing that our company is able to present versatile solutions.
The hotel, originally design by architect Ventura Terra in 1910, was first recovered and remodeled and is now a four-storey luxury property which encompasses 70 rooms and suites, some with private patios.
Manufacturing and assemblage of steel structure for stairwell
This project consisted on the manufacturing and assemblage of the structure of the snail shaped stairwell at the entrance to the offices of the Elaia’s Olive Press, Marmelo Estate, in Ferreira do Alentejo.
The work was made for the Museum of Art and Archaeology of the Valley of Côa and O FELIZ undertook the furnishing and finishes of the building. We supplied and applied frames, doors, windows, interior finishes, furniture, grills, stairs’ barriers, ramps, hand rails, among other things.

The municipal swimming pools are part of the “Northern Urban Park’ sports complex, where we can also find Braga’s Stadium, conceived for the 2004 UEFA European Football Championship.
